This has to be
the easiest type of mash tun to make. All that is required is a fermenter with a
tap, a mashing and sparging bag (available from homebrew shops) and some form of
insulation. This could be an old sleeping bag, a duvet or a domestic hot water
cylinder insulating jacket.
